Working in the kitchen with my kids is always a joy. It does require a little balancing and being able to be flexible on your feet. When we were working on the Rainbow Peanut Butter Snack Bites, both kids just were vying to have a turn mixing, and measuring.
Not to mention taste testing! Although these are very basic kitchen skills, the applications to more learning is there. Measuring is really math (fractions)and mixing leads into science (combining solids). After a long week, these little moments of quality time with my kids are ones that I treasure (even if they are putting peanut butter all over their faces).

Peanut Butter Snack Bites with Raisins
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup large flake rolled oats
- 1/2 cup crushed raisin bran cereal
- 1/2 cup raisins
Mix peanut butter and honey in medium bowl until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.Refrigerate 30 min.
Roll into 20 (1-inch) balls, using about 2 Tbsp. for each.
