Simple Pizza Box Painting Frames
My kids are currently obsessed with paint. Unapologetically so, I let them go at it anytime they want to. Call it working mom guilt, or maybe the fact that my husband despises it and the inevitable huge clean up. I’ve found a really good answer to keep the paint mess at bay. Instead of now having to wipe down the whole table, I use these painting frames.
To be realistic, you have to know we had pizza the night before and staying up a little too late watching Netflix, I just wasn’t in the mood to clean up paint. My kids were in the mood to paint, so we came up with this compromise with the simple, handy pizza box.
Items Needed:
-A willing painter
-Paint, paper & brushes
-An empty pizza box
-A pair of scissors
Directions:
1. Cut pizza box in half.
2. Give a half to each child.
3. Give each child some paint, paper and brushes.
4. Voila. Keep the mess off your kitchen table.

My kids are currently obsessed with paint, and I embrace their creativity! To manage the inevitable mess, we created simple painting frames using leftover pizza boxes. This solution allows the kids to paint freely without the worry of a huge cleanup afterward. After indulging in pizza and a late Netflix binge, I needed a no-fuss way to keep the mess contained.
