Rainbow Peanut Butter Snack Bites

A simple Peanut Butter bite recipe that kids can do with a little supervision!

  • 1 cup oat large flaked rolled oats I use certified gluten-free oats
  • ½ cup Kraft Smooth & Light Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup sprinkles


  1. Measure oats, peanut butter, and honey into a medium bowl.
  2. Mix together all ingredients using a wooden spoon.
  3. Add in chocolate chips and stir again.
  4. Roll into 20 (1-inch) balls, using about 2 Tbsp. for each.
  5. Put sprinkles on a small sandwich plate and roll each ball in the mixture.
  6. Chill for 20 to 30 min in the fridge before eating.
