TheInspiredHome.org // Easy Weeknight Dinners - these dinners will keep you on track with back to school & back to activities!

As we move into the Back-To-School season, our minds fill up with all the extras tasks we forget about through the summer months. It helps to have a variety of easy weeknight dinner recipes to pull out on those weeknights when we are rushing in the door, helping with homework, running off to soccer practice or swim lessons. We have rounded up 6 recipes that will definitely be making an appearance on our tables this fall.

Easy Weeknight Dinner Recipes:

Pairing together two of everyone’s favourites, pizza and spaghetti, you just can’t go wrong with this Pizza Spaghetti Bake recipe.

This is a great recipe to throw together and into the oven. Creamy and cheesy, this Tuna Noodle Casserole with Corn is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

This Sloppy Joe Quesadillas recipe is great twist on an old favourite, and a great way to use up extra sloppy joe meat from last night.

You have to give these Healthy Homemade Chicken Nuggets a try – using fresh chicken and ranch seasoning mix, they are sure to exceed your expectations.

Toss out your take-out menu, and make this Easy Vegetable Lo Mein tonight! Quick and easy to make, you’ll have it prepped and cooked before the delivery driver would have even left the restaurant.

Served hot (for dinner) or cold (lunch the next day!), this Roasted Summer Veggie Tortellini Pasta Salad recipe is a great way to get a variety of veggies on the plate tonight.

Which will you try first? What are your go-to recipes when you need something quick for dinner?
