With Super Bowl 50 right around the corner I couldn’t resist sharing this tried and true slow cooker meatball recipe with you today. Not only are these meatballs ridiculously easy to make, they are guaranteed to be a huge hit at your Super Bowl party.
This recipe always makes an appearance at family barbecues, potlucks or just random get-togethers!
The slow cooker method allows the meatballs to be infused with an amazing flavor that is just the right blend of sweet and tangy, with chunks of pineapple that are tender and almost caramelized.
Serving them right from the pot keeps them hot throughout the entire game and leaves only one pot to clean up after!
Leftovers (if there are any) make great meatball sandwiches. Simply reheat and serve on split panini rolls with a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese.
