It’s time for another alphabet craft! This time it’s D is for Duck. Don’t forget to check out A is for Apple, B is for Bear and C is for Caterpillar.
I like to use my Cricut Explore Air to complete these alphabet crafts but it is definitely not a necessary tool. It’s just a really fun one with so many uses! If your child is old enough to handle a pair of scissors, it’s a great idea to let them cut out the letter and the shapes. Simply draw and outline on the page for them and let them cut away!
You will need:
- cardstock or construction paper in yellow & orange (plus a base colour – I used white)
- feathers
- googly eyes
- glue
You can either cut out the letter & shapes for the kids or you can let them cut out shapes you have drawn onto the paper if they are a bit older. Stick the D on the page, add the beak, wings and feet, some googly eyes and attach the feathers!
Here are some fun books about ducks!
Don’t miss the other letters in the Alphabet Craft series!
